Folks I am selling this beautiful car, because I have to, not because I want to. We are remodeling our house and in order to finish, the car must be sold. Our funds have run out. I bought it from a nice couple in California, who completely restored it, with new carpet, etc. Everything works including the automatic door locks and windows. The only thing I have done to it since I bought it, is put a new battery in it and new Michelin tires on it. They have less than 200 miles on them. This is an original California car with California emissions. Everything is original, with the exception of the radio and the new carpet throughout. You won't find a nicer car. I hate to see it go. I searched for two years for this car, before I found it. I had my Mercedes mechanic go through it last week, prior to listing it and he told me he had never seen a Mercedes in this year class in this good of condition. The only thing he had to do it, was add some Freon to the AC, because it was low. He checked and couldn't find a leak, so I assume it was just needing a charge from sitting for so long. I have the original manuals for the car. Issues that I know of: The front bumper strip molding is coming off on one corner. You can see this from the tape that I have on it. I am taking it into a body shop this week to have it fixed. I think it is missing the gromets that go on the back to keep it on. It was that way when I bought it. There is a small crack in the dash on the drivers side. The radio is not original. There are some cracks in the plastic on the inside, which should be normal for a car of this age.
