This is a great little car. It has been beautifully restored inside and out. Some internal improvements (engine & trans) have also been made. The copper paint is in excellent condition say for a few small nicks. (can't be helped if you drive the car) The interior seats, rugs, side panels, dash and trim are excellent. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate the exterior at 9.5 and the interior a solid 10! This Austin Healy is most impressive. The five speed trans is nice and tight (I'm told it is a Nissan) and shifts beautifully. Results are one sweet ride! The odometer reads 57,800....I believe this is true and correct. The engine sounds, runs and performs like the youngster it is at 57K! Together with the 5 speed trans the car does not disappoint! It also has a new fuel pump system and a fuel pressure gauge located in the engine compartment. It starts easily and is equipped with a Fireball XR700 ignition box. The battery is only weeks old. The car sits on four excellent tires and a good spare in the trunk. The tonneau cover and convertible top are both in excellent condition. I also have a hard top that is only in fair condition and needs some work....not so much on the top itself but the buckles that hold top to car. Top is usable now with make-shift system. Car also comes with two sets of windows; one set for soft top, one set for hard. Should you purchase this Sprite I don't think you will be disappointed! Of course I'll entertain all reasonable offers...Good Luck!!
