I am selling this Tomos A35 moped with 1045 miles. I bought it from a neighbor who's kid hadn't ridden it for 2-3 years. I am able to get it started and it runs (poorly) for a couple of minutes. I have ridden it so that part works. Could be as easy as a carb re-build. So, this is a project that needs to go! There is no title for this. In Ohio, there is no licensing requirement for under 50cc.
