This is a no reserve auction for a 1948 Willys Jeepster 14,986 miles, 2-door, convertible, 4-cylinder engine (Model 4-63 VJ-2?), speedometer and all gauges work, My stepfather bought this car in October 1999 from a man in Michigan and kept it meticulously maintained as a show and parade car. His health declined before he died so the car sat unmoved for about 5 years. We had to have a new battery installed and the brakes completely redone with a new master cylinder and 4 new brake cylinders to get it ready for sale. The car starts and runs fine. This is a safe driver with absolutely no rust on the body or exterior. The previous owner undercoated the undercarriage so there is no rust underneath either. The car comes with a clear title, all the paperwork and records plus some extras: car cover, parts repairs manual, reprint of 1948 Jeepster advertisement from Life Magazine, Jeepster baseball cap, mechanic’s manual on CD, spare tire cover, modern Kenwood AM-FM Stereo, 1948 Ohio license plate, spare fuses & light bulbs, etc. The car is located in Wooster, Ohio 44691.
