1981 Suzuki GS650E The GS650 used an air-cooled, four-stroke, transverse four-cylinder engine with two valves per cylinder. The engine used a dual overhead camshaft. The total engine displacement was 673 cc. The bore and stroke on all models was 62 by 55.8 cm while the compression ratio was 9.4:1. The induction system consisted of four 32 mm Mikuni carburetors, the ignition was transistorized and the starter electric. The maximum power was 73 hp at 9400 rpm and the max torque was 42 foot-pounds at 8000 rpm, which went through a five-speed transmission. The front brakes used two 275 mm piston caliper discs and the rear has a single disc. Tested in 1981 12.91 sec. in the quarter mile. This bike runs great and is ready to drive home. I've owned for 8 years. Always garaged No reserve, Best offers considered. Must sell. New battery. Drives very nice. Smooth down low but when it hits 4000rpm it snorts. Starts immediately. Not mint but a very clean, low mileage bike that looks perfect at 10 feet away. Excellent, fun daily driver. Last bidder stiffed me. Please don't do that. This bike is worth having.
