Up for a 5 day auction is this very nice 1983 Suzuki GS1100E in very nice condition. Paint is not original for 1983 model year, yet and is very nice with a couple chips in the tank and whatever you may notice in photos but this bike shows extremely well. The paint on the bike would actually be a 1982 color champagne. Mileage is showing to 19,657 miles and I would say this to be accurate given the overall condition of the cycle. This bike and a couple more that I will be listing soon are what is remaining of a recent estate of a local motorcycle collector. Overall the bike is in great condition, it is also not perfect. Please look at the photos carefully and do feel free to ask questions. For those close enough you are welcome to see in person if you are serious about buying. Carburetors were gone thru last year and new battery was fitted at this spring. This bike starts right up and makes no mechanical noises at all, just smooth and quiet. The only non original part I notice other than new tires is a Kerker that appears to be correct for possibly the period the bike itself was new. The opportunity to grab a bike like this is here right now. Reserve is set more than reasonable but no I will not say. Use buy it now where I believe is fair considering what these bikes have been going for in nice shape. Oh yes the bike does run and drive nicely. It is located in Dubuque, IA.
