I love restoring old motocross bikes and I bought this bike to do so, but with a recent change at work and a much more hectic work schedule, I just do not have time to give this RM the TLC it deserves. The bike is pretty well stock and as far as I can tell, it only needs a new front number plate and likely some seat foam, (as well as new paint, and cleaning. I have a new seat cover for it.) The previous owner put in a new piston and rings as well as clutch and it ran when I purchased it not long ago. Fork boots are not cracked or split and the alloy gas tank appears in great shape. If you want a piece of MX history and the best 125cc in 1977, this is the bike. The rear shocks have no dampening and need to be rebuilt or replaced. The previous owner put in a new piston and rings as well as clutch and it ran when I purchased it not long ago. Fork boots are not cracked or split and the alloy gas tank appears in great shape. If you want a piece of MX history and the best 125cc in 1977, this is the bike. Hoping someone can find the time to clean it up and bring it back to its glory.
