This very original 1981 Honda Passport has only 1844 miles. These 70cc bikes have three speeds, but with no clutch to operate, it is very easy to ride for young and old. With mileage of more than 100 miles per gallon, these bikes are great for short commutes, students, or those who travel with an RV. The Honda Passport C70 is the best-selling motorcycle of all time, thanks its durability and great gas mileage. This classic red bike is in very good condition, as you can see from the photos. The bike starts, runs and shifts smoothly and it will turn heads wherever you go. The paint, seat (some slight yellowing of the white portion) and exhaust are in very good original condition. The original tires are on it, but I also have a new pair that goes with the bike. It comes with a wind screen, the white accessory basket, as well as a small tool kit inside the side cover. As with any bike that is over 30 years old, there are some blemishes, scuffs and minor flaws. The motor idles well, but the carburetor needs work as it has a leak when shut off and the engine misses at around 25 or 30 mph, but then runs well to top speed. The electric start works but struggles without a fresh charge (solenoid may be going), but it does start with only one or two kicks. There is a small crack in the leg shield (~2" long) where it bolts to the frame, and there is a small crack in the air filter cover. Also the bolts that secure the side covers are slightly bent, making the covers go awkwardly. All of these flaws can be easily remedied if desired, and parts are quite readily available. I have attempted to provide give an honest representation of this bike and will try to answer any questions you may have. For that reason, I encourage potential buyers to inspect the bike in person, or hire a professional to perform the inspection for the buyer.
