Up for auction is a 1968 C10 pickup truck 1/2 ton (fleetside) 307 2 bbl V8 manual 4 speed. This is the 50th Golden Anniversary from Chevrolet with a Gold and White paint scheme. The engine runs very strong and the transmission has no issues. There was a little surface rust from the inside corners from the floor of the cab close to the kick panel (last 2 pictures) that was fixed by the previous owner, underneath the doors and rocker panels are in good shape. Mostly surface rust from the bed and tailgate. This truck is 97% original, even the headlights are the original T-3 and in good shape. The truck has never been repainted and it mostly garaged by the previous owner. This is a matching numbers truck. New seats interior (the saddle back pattern has some coffee stains which is an easy clean)New dashboard interior (this is the original dashboard frame with the metal inside which is reupholstered)New pair of sun visors (reupholstered)New door panels on both doors (reupholstered) The interior of the truck has been done to get it as closely as period correct in the year of 1968 when this truck came out of the production line. Any hoses and weatherstrip that were cracked and faded were replaced. Original GM radio that works and heater and defroster works. The truck has no power steering and it is a non-AC truck. They are 4 screws (3rd to the last pic) that holds the speaker. The previous owner did that, he wanted to hear his old GM radio with a functional speaker. The windshield, back windows and door glass are original to the truck and are not cracked. The fender wells front and back cleaned and in good shape. The window wipers and all interior lights and exterior lights are working (tail lights, side markers and front lights are in excellent condition, no chips or cracked). The front bumper, back bumper, sides and back moulding are in decent shape including also the 4 hub caps. The exterior paint of the truck are old, faded, has some fluid stain and some parts of the paint of the truck are chips and cracked but the truck has never been repainted but it still looks decent. The original side mirrors are included in the auction. The side mirrors it has right now are left on it because they are shiny cleaned chrome that matches the front chrome bumper. I have uploaded many pictures as much as eBay would allow, so please look at them carefully.
