1993 Mazda Miata Limited Edition Hardtop 33.9K Miles LE 1053/1500 NO RESREVE Up for sale is a 1993 Limited Edition Miata car number 1053 out of 1500 built. To make this car even rarer it came with the optional hardtop (around 500 of the original 1500 came with a hardtop). The 1993 Limited Edition Miata is unique and desirable throughout the Miata Enthusiast community because it is the only Miata ever built with red interior, has Bilstein suspension (found only on later "R package" cars), stiffer sway bars, front and rear lower facia (also something that was only used on the later "R package" cars), ABS, cruise control, Limited Slip differential, Mazda MSS Sound System with headrest speakers and thorax "thumpers," full tonneau cover along with boot cover, and lightweight BBS wheels. Recent maintenance includes; timing belt, timing belt tensioner bearings, water pump, all 9 water hoses, coolant, differential fluid (Mobil 1 Synthetic), transmission fluid (Mobil 1 Synthetic), engine oil, fuel filter replaced, new air filter, new spark plugs, new spark plug wires, new clutch master and slave cylinder (common things to replace as the slave is known to fail on Miata's), brake and clutch fluid changed/bled, AC system serviced (R12), new door speakers (originals included), and new tires. All maintenance performed within the last year. The car is completely stock with the exception of a trunk light and two additional lights in the pop out panels on the side of the center console (both easily reversible, factory red pop out covers for center console included). I am the second owner of this car, the original owner owned the car for 20 years. Clean Carfax/Autocheck, clean title in hand. Original owners manual, window sticker, tonneau cover (appears to never have been used), boot cover, 4 keys and service records included. Everything works great on the car, including the CD player (they are known to fail on the MSSS system). All VIN stickers match, no paintwork.
