This is a very good daily driver that gets lots of notice when I take it out! It doesn't matter if I drive it to the gas station or to the store, someone always stops me to comment on it. It is a 1975 Chevrolet Silverado, Stepside, short bed. I believe 1975 was the first year for the Silverado model. It is equipped with 350 engine, automatic transmission, p/s, p/b, a.c. The belt is off of the air conditioner. I don't know if it needs charged or other work done to it, but it is all there. The truck starts, runs and drives real good. Recently, it had new rear shocks, brakes, seat, carpet, dash pad cover added. I put a complete window felt kit in the doors. I put smaller mirrors on it, but didn't drill additional holes. I do have the original larger mirrors that I took off the truck, if the new owner wants them. It could use a headliner. The paint is good driver quality paint. There are a few nicks and scratches that look like they've been touched up through the years. There is a small rust spot on the right, front fender that the battery leaked down on through the years. It would be very easy to fix. In the driver's fender and driver's door, there are a few, very light bubbles of rust, but no rust holes and barely noticeable. The wood in the bed is very solid and in good condition. The previous owner put in Dynamat (sound deadener) under the carpet and behind the seat. I've included pictures of the cab mounts and inner rockers to show the excellent condition they're in. One of the previous owners added a factory gas tank to the driver's side. The last owner told me that he took it out, but left the filler neck. I do have the other tank and brackets if the new owner wants them. These loaded, square-bodied, stepside trucks are getting harder to find and the prices are getting pricey. I have my Reserve set very low, so bid only if you're interested in it.
