This is truly a barn find, probably in storage over 20 years. It is a matching number 327/300hp, 4-spd two top corvette convertible that came out of storage in NY. The car runs great, but obviously needs to be restored. The frame is excellent, nothing but surface rust. The body looks like it may have had a small accident in the left front headlight area and over the passenger front wheel. The inside rear wheel lips are shaved slightly, but not arched up. The engine runs great and always starts right up. It has a non original intake and carb. The tach and speedometer both work as well as some of the other gauges. The wipers will work intermittently. The radio is missing. The hardtop in in nice shape. The soft top needs recovering. I took the headlight motors out because one was not working. It is a factory red car. The exhaust is new and the brakes are all good. The tranny has no issues. With minor work you could drive this car as is and restore as you go. A clear title is in my name and it says 61,613 original miles. When is the last time you saw a matching number, two top, running and driving, 4-spd mid year convertible for sale for under $30k, especially with low miles? Please be serious if you bid.
