The interior of this car is in rough shape. There is a patch panel under the driver seat. The glow plug port for #4 cylinder is plugged with a pipe fitting. I've driven this car to work like this for three years without any problems. There is no lines going to the back brakes. There is a lot of play in the shift linkage. The odometer does not work. The car has a new clutch and CV shafts in it. The body is in good shape. There are two brand new rear struts that go with the car. It probably gets around 45 MPG. I have two decent front tires that go with the car. I also have a spare diesel engine out of a cabriolet that I converted to a diesel and wrecked. The engine only has about 90,000 miles on it. It will go with the car if you want it. The car does not need an engine. I had three VW diesels at one time and I'm just getting out of it. Anyone interested in the car is more than welcome to come look at it.
