1972 Dodge Dart Demon. 37,000 original miles. The original owner was placed in a care home in 1992 and sat in the driveway until I rescued it and trailered it back to Kansas where I live. I replaced the entire gas system including the tank (22 year old gas does a job on anything) as well as the belts and hoses. Car runs and drives great. The exterior is rough in places (rear lower fenders, etc) but mostly there is not that much body work. Bumpers will of course need to be rechromed as well. The interior is almost perfect. There is a slight cracking of the dash pad in the corner that just started --other than that the interior is perfect. Its a Plain Jane--Bench seat, automatic, am radio, and it does have AC---have not tried it---I am sure it doesn't blow cold after 22 years but it is factory and can be converted. This would be a great restore project because of its low miles. Although the Demons are rare--the Plymouth Duster is the same thing and in fact I have a spare Duster trunk lid. I was going to do a restore on it but opted to finish another car and I need the storage space. I live near Wichita Kansas and the car could be driven if not trailered.
