You are looking at A LTD Brougham built July 17 1973,it is one of only 702 Brougham coupe's out of 68,901 built for '73 ,with A factory sunroof.This car was ordered buy the dealer as A demo for his wife,she drove the car for five years. The car is in excellent shape,it is rust free,with A new paint job and vinyl top,from SMS fabric's.When the dealer ordered the car he ordered every option that Ford offered on the car,with the exception of factory trailer tow,and locking differential. It is truly the LIncoln of the Ford line,it is very plush with high back seat's and quite ride,very enjoyable on long drives. Everything works on the car including the 134A A/C,speed control,seats,windows,locks,everything. The car even has the rare Automatic temperature control,that works perfect. When the car was repainted in the summer of 2012,I replaced many of the trim peaces with NOS parts to help freshen up the car. The car was repainted because of some lite damage that was done to the right side and could not be matched to the original paint,without painting the entire car. The original paint was in excellent shape for it's age,due to the car always having such good care,I am told the car was always A special occasion car,so it never had hard daily use.I would not have repainted the car if it had not been scratched. Paint and body work was about 7,000 $ and the entire car was taken apart. At that time the vinyl top was pulled back to repair the rust bubbles that had form over the years,that was the only rust on the car. That was when I decided to replace the top.It is the exact replacement from SMS Fabric's,top and installation was $1100.00. The car had some upgrade before l bought it,they are. Edelbrock 4 barrel carb.and manifold,and chrome valve covers. Electronic ignition with 8 MM plug wires.
