Finished in Alpine White, the exterior of this 325e presents very well. Having just over 115,000 miles there are minor dings and blemishes across the car that are reflected in the photos. Being a California car it's whole life, this car never had to worry about rust and it shows!! Inward, the contrasting beige & plaid cloth interior is intact and clean with the exception of some staining on the front seats. Features include a manual sunroof, A/C, power windows, and a CD stereo. There are some issues with the car though, the speedometer stopped at the current miles but the carfax shows it stopped recently, the right rear suspension squeaks a bit, the AC is not hooked up, and the ignition key is broken but starts the car no problem too.

Under the hood of this E30 lays 2.5 liter engine (M20), backed by a 4 speed automatic transmission. The M20 I6 in this drive train produces 168 horsepower and 167 pounds of torque. The engine runs well with no smoking or hesitating. When cold, it does take a few extra cranks to get it going but it always starts. It takes bumps politely, shifts crisply, and stops quickly. A new radiator and some hoses have just been replaced, new motor mounts, and a new battery. This BMW is not perfect but is a great example of a clean, California E30, so if you're looking for a driver or want to build that race car, this is the car!!
