I am the second owner of this car. It was leased and first titled on 1/18/2005 and my title is dated 4/23/2008. It had 31,692 miles then. 4 Continental tires at 40,016 miles. I have all maintenance records but here are highlights. Valve cover gasket at 63,368 miles. Front brakes and serpentine belt at 41115 miles. Water pump and thermostat, upper radiator hose replaced at 64973 miles. Since 2008 the car has never seen snow, Ohio in the summer and Florida in the winter. This is the best car I've ever owned. It corners as if it is on rails, Accelerates strongly. Then why am I selling it? I'm 81 years old and now have trouble getting up from sitting. And the Bimmers seats are so low it is a real problem. So I'll drive my wife's Honda van. It's just a big box on wheels but the seats are high and easy to get into and out of, Whoever buys this BMW is getting a great car.
