Seller reserves the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. Bid Retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized. The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or the winning bidder must contact us within 12 hours to confirm intention to buy. Buyer has 3 days to consummate the deal. Otherwise, we have the right to pursue other bidders or sell the car outside the auction. The delivery charge for delivery is $2 per mile one-way. For example: If the round-trip were 400 miles, the total delivery charge would be 2 x 200 = $400. The minimum charge for delivery is $175. Applicable taxes and fees are added to the final bid price.
