This 1953 Studebaker was purchased from the previous owner in Washington St. She inherited the car from her late father from Arizona.I bought & upgraded the car with new and used parts as listed below.Rebuilt Modified 350 Chevy,apx 400hp (calculated by builder)All new engine accessories(to much to list),Griffin rad w/thermostatic control 2 /fan system ,Rebuilt super T-10 4spd,narrowed 9 inch rear end, w/used 275 gears,new rear springs & bushings,new specialty front springs,shocks, brakes,wheel cylinders,(V-8) Rear drums,wheels ,tires,all side tinted glass & rubber,replaced all rubber on car except front and rear windows,4 new gauges,tach,stereo system,fuel sendig unit,fuel lines,fuel pump,battery,new front & rear lenses,gaskets,Rechromed bumpers, guards,tail Lts,rear trunk emblem,grills,grill surrounds,new headlight rims.Used painted hawk dash,steering column & box. Very good used hawk wiring,good used front brake drums & hawk fuel tank. The car runs strong & sounds awesome. Due to health promblems in my family the car hasn't seen much driving in the last 2 years except back and forth to see ailing family and the hospital to do the same. It drives like a 53 Studebaker w/better corning and power. All work done as stated above over a few years and with 1000 to 7000 miles on listed items.
