You are bidding on a very nice 1955 Chevrolet 2 door post, 210. This car had the restoration work done about 12 years ago and still looks very nice. Driven very little in the last 12 years, always been covered and stored inside. The body on this car is very straight with a extremely nice professional base coat/clear coat paint job. There was almost no rust in this car or damage prior to refinishing. The only problem area were the doors and they were replaced with nice originals at that time.The engine is a completely rebuilt 350 with 202 heads. Carburetor is an Edlebrock 4V. Transmission is a 4 speed Muncie. The rear end is a 10 bolt GM, posi, with 308 gears.The brakes are manual drums all the way around. Cragar chrome wheels with BF Goodrich rubber. The exhaust is an all new dual Flowmaster system. New gas tank, and a new aluminum radiator. Air shocks on rear. This car runs and drives very nice, and looks even better. This is a real period correct car, no sissy options, just the basics. There are a few things that were never completed and still need to be done; the trunk needs some finishing, no spare tire or jack, a few things under the dash are not hooked up, (radio, heater, speedometer, etc.)This was a body on restoration, the undercarriage has not been detailed but it is clean.I am selling this for a friend, please email with any questions you might have.
