The previous owner purchased car after fresh water flood. He said there was no signs of water in the car. Carpets were pulled pack for water stains and none were found. He stated there was no water in tranny or engine oil but, went ahead and changed them prior to starting. When I took ownership I took the car to my BMW dealer to do a full inspection and no issues were found. Since the flood the car as put on almost 15k miles with no issues. All electronics and functions of car work great! Oil change, spark plugs & turbo hose replacement have been done by local BMW dealer since I have owned it. Car had a Texas salvage flood title when I purchased. I titled the car in California and it came back clear with no salvage title. Buyer will have to sign a document with the understanding that car has had a previous salvage flood title. Car is currently registered in California with tags expiring on Jan 15, 2015. Flaws on car: Sometimes driver side seat-belt extender does not catch, front bumper has many small chips from rocks, small indentation on rear bumper (See Pic) & small scratch on one wheel (Not curb rash).
