Non Smoking Family.(A word of edit; there are a few more miles on the van because we continue to use it around town). For your consideration this 2004 well maintained, single owner, Chevy Venture. KBB in Fair condition is around $6000! I am listing as a best offer deal below $3600.00. I believe this is very reasonable considering the mechanical and clean clean condition of this well kept van. Loaded up with features and options, we bought this van new for $34,000 and now it can be yours for a few thousand dollars. This van is AWD, yes All Wheel Drive; it is in FWD at all times until the wheel sensors pick up only a slight slippage of the front wheels, the van then engages the rear wheels as well. (This is Chevy's "Versatrak" AWD System) Works great as we live in a very hilly area with lots of snow and Ice (plenty of ski trips too!)Van has been very well mechanically maintained including some of these recent items; Goodyear assurance all season tires (only 6000miles) on alloy wheels, All 4 disc brakes including rotors this past sept., all 4 wheel hubs (speed sensors and bearings) within the last year, and fresh synthetic oil change last week. We were not planning on selling this vehicle any time soon so we have continued to keep it up.Van has a custom Reese Hitch ( 2 inch receiver ) and has a flat 4 wire connecter that one simply runs over the weather stripping out the rear door to hook up. This works great because the wiring doesn't get all corroded. Luggage rack with cross bars too.Please see the original window sticker for more options etc.Van comes with original Operators manual, 3 keys, two key fobs (sorry, both work but the ring part is broken on one), and a Haynes Manual as well.Here are the Vehicles problems; 1.Rusted rockers (see pics), I have to be honest.. it's not a little rust, it's a lot in these rockers on both sides. This is such a common problem with these vans that patch panels are redily available. Besides this cosmetic problem this van truly is "Turn Key". Load it up with vacation gear and go! Take advantage of the full roof rack with the crossbars or the rear hitch for that extra stuff. 2.Water vapor in the headlights. Been this way for years. I replaced them once already. You will Get the older pair too with the van. 3. Van had a rear air lift "load Leveler" system that utilized air shocks. I say had because it leaked air and the air pump would run all the time ( A very common problem for these vans as well). I have since converted the rear suspension to traditional shocks. 4. Some minor dings etc particularly on rear bumper cover. Please take a close look at the photos and please feel free to ask questions or require more pics.
