This hard-to-come-by 1957 Pontiac Super Chief was the flag ship car of 1957. Sharing many design cues from its brother with a bowtie; including the roof line and smaller fins in the rear. This great example is a very well cared for New England car through and through and looks to have been garaged and extremely well-kept its whole life. With no rot and very little surface rust under the hood and some slight oxidation around the exhaust outlets this car is a real driver. The black and white exterior was repainted at one point in its lifetime and does show some age. Glass appears to be all original and in very good condition with no cracks. The interior is in nearly perfect condition and was professionally reupholstered in the correct materials, including the headliner. The blower for the heating and cooling system is currently not functional and the speedometer is not working either. All of the lights are functional including the interior lights and trunk courtesy light. Runs and drives great. The completely stock 347 V8 matted to an automatic that sounds excellent, with recent exhaust work and has plenty of pull when accelerating. Ready to drive and enjoy!
