Vehicle Detail
1952 F1 Rat Rod project that I started on last summer and haven't had time or desire to complete. The front clip, cab, and bed was removed and sprayed with Rustoleum gloss black paint. New master cylinder, brake lines, brake hoses, hardware, shoes, and turned drums. Original fuel tank was professionally boiled out at a local radiator shop. Removed 3 springs from the front and 4 from the rear to get it a little closer to the ground. Also raised the spring brackets in the rear for a lower look. New custom driveshaft.Engine and transmission came from a 1965 mustang. The engine was rebuilt and bored .40 over !!!!! Carburetor was also rebuilt.Truck runs and shifts good but still needs a little more to be street worthy. Also have a extra set of rear fenders. Think they are from a 1954 or 55. Still have the original key and push button start. Was in the process of wiring up the alternator and the lights but haven't finished. If you are looking for a F1 ,here is your chance. They are getting harder to find. Feel free to ask questions. Sold with a Ga Bill Of Sale and A Ga T-22B .NO TITLE REQUIRED IN GEORGIA DEPOSIT IS DUE WITHIN 48 HOURS AND IS NON REFUNDABLE.PLEASE HAVE YOUR FUNDS AND YOU TRANSPORTING SOURCE READY .On Jun-17-14 at 17:26:28 PDT, seller added the following information: Also, new shocks front and rear, seat is in great condition, cab corners seem to be in good condition.Windshield and back glass is great, side glass has cracks.Easy to replace being flat glass. The rear bumper has "Woody Anderson Huntsville Alabama" across the back. If you zoom in you should see it.So whatever type of business that was is who originally had this truck"MY GUESS" !! By the look of the bumpers I think they had something to do with welding. On Jun-19-14 at 15:52:09 PDT, seller added the following information: A few people have asked about the engine size. Its a 200 inline 6 with a C4 transmission from a 1965 Mustang.I had it bored out .40 over. Plan was to find a set of headers and run dual exhaust with glass pack mufflers.I also used the floor shifter from the mustang.Great project with the normal rust and surface rust associated with a unrestored 1952 truck. On Jun-21-14 at 15:26:43 PDT, seller added the following information: Didn't realize that my daughter didn't post a picture of the drivers side !!!! I guess that's why there are 2 of the same photos of the passenger side. !!!! I just posted 2 photos of the drivers side !!!
