You are bidding on a completely unmolested 1995 Mercedes-Benz S500 (W140 body) offered with A VERY LOW BUY IT NOW AND RESERVE REDUCED BY OVER $2000.00. I got divorced and lost my job so some toys have to go :-(. If you are not familiar with this model please review the information at: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mercedes-Benz_W140 before asking any questions pertaining to the model. They stopped making the short wheel base model after 1993 so do not ask if this is a long wheel base car. It is. The paint, mechanicals, and interior are in near perfect condition on this beautiful beast. The main wiring harness has been replaced (a known weak point on these cars), cam sensor, tie rods, ball joints, bushings, and various other preventative maintenance have all been done and I have receipts for all repairs with the exception of the harness as the previous owner did that (you can clearly see that it is new though). The wood is in perfect condition with no cracks, fading, or de-lamination. This model is equipped with the optional trunk mounted CD changer. The changer accepts and changes discs however, it does not play. After some research, a simple dis-assembly and cleaning will solve the problem. The front fascia needs to be repaired. It is cracked on the driver side and will need fiberglass work as well as repainting. A fairly simple fix that should be relatively inexpensive. All windows, sunroof, power rear headrests, power and heated seats (front and rear), door closers, trunk closer, fold-in mirrors, and any other option you can think of work perfectly. Climate control (also a known issue on these cars) works perfectly and the air is ice cold. There are two keys included. One with remote and one without. I do not have the valet key. I purchased MB OEM rubber floor mats (front and rear) for the car recently and they are in new condition. The condition of this car is what I would consider to be excellent and the winner will be quite happy with this 19 year old car. The M119 (5.0L V8) engine is known for long service and is very reliable. The transmission works perfectly with no issues. Exhaust is perfect. Wheels show some slight curb rash but, are in good condition overall. Tires are new. There is a very small patch of rust above one of the fender lips. It is easily fixed but, will need attention unless you want it to grow. I have done my best to represent this car as accurately as possible.
