You are buying a 2012 Chevy Volt. The huge hit in value has already been taken by the other guy. Now you get to drive a vehicle with SUPER miles per gallon, for a small fraction of the original cost AND you have still have a WARRANTY from GM until 100,000 miles. In fact, if you only commute a short distance to work everyday, you will almost NEVER be purchasing fuel again. BODY : Overall a VERY NICE looking vehicle. As with any used vehicle there are few minor cosmetic flaws. Most sellers go out of their way NOT to mention flaws, I get right to the flaws. The hood has some minor stone / bug chips and the roof has some scratches ( see pics ). I chose not to have these items repaired because I felt they are not that serious of an isssue. TIRES : Like new, they must have been replaced recently. GLASS : There is a crack, I will need to have it replaced. I may need a couple days after the auction ends to get that done. INTERIOR : EXCELLENT ! Nothing negative to report here. MECHANICALLY : Jump in and drive home ANYWHERE. No issues. It just came back from Chevy after being serviced. The oil was changed, the brakes where checked, among other things. They did not suggest any other services needed to be performed at this time. IL RESIDENTS : Add tax, title, and plate fees. 8 other states, add tax. ( email me to see about your state ) Out of state buyers, you only pay the tax once, you DO NOT pay again when you get home.
