This car was acquired with a building I purchased and has been sitting in a parking lot for the past 8 years. The car was driven to where it now sits and was in good running condition at that time. The paint is beginning to bubble and starting to rust. The fabric in the interior has deteriorated. The floor pans have rusted through. With respect to the motor, I bought a battery to try to turn it over but I was not successful. I spoke with a mechanic who is familiar with the car and he said that the motor would likely turn over. I do not have keys for the doors or the ignition although ignition has a bypass switch. The car does not have any odors or any animals living in it. I have a signed over registration as proof of ownership. The car is available as is. Purchaser is responsible for picking up the vehicle.
