Vehicle Detail
Beautiful bright Yellow 1973 Mach 1. This car is an original Q code 351 Cleveland 4 barrel. Transmission has been changed to a B&M built AOD with 2400 stall converter which matches up perfectly with the brand new 430 limited slip 9" rear end. Very quick off the line and still cruises nice on the freeway. Fully loaded, it came with factory Tach, P/S, P/B, rear defroster, and fold down rear seats with pass through to trunk. Factory air conditioning has a new compressor and is converted to R-134a. Blows cold! Engine has been completely gone through. It is a 4 bolt block with ARP studs and an 8 quart oil pan. 4 barrel Cleveland heads, hardened guide plates and ARP rocker studs. HD alloy push rods. Crane springs with PC seals and stainless Boss 351 valves. 1.75 ratio Crane roller rockers. New high volume oil pump. Forged pistons, H beam Eagle alloy steel connecting rods with ARP bolts. Balanced assembly. Crane cam with solid lifters and timing gear drive. MSD ignition with msd tach drive for current sense tach. Eldelbrock Torker intake manifold with a 750 Holly double pump carburetor. Chrome valve covers and air cleaner dress up the engine. Hooker headers and 2 1/4 " exhaust with "X" pipe through 2 flowmasters. It sounds great. 4 core heavy duty radiator and transmission cooler ensures no overheating problems, even running the A/C in Bakersfield summer heat! New drive shaft, sub frame connectors, heater core, rear sway bar, front and rear bushings, transmission and motor mounts, hoses, roters, drums, and Magnum 500 wheels with BF Goodrich TA radials. Interior has been done as well with new door panels, arm rests, headliner, sun visors, Mach 1 front upholstery, carpet and sound deadener. Paint is around 4 years old and looks great for it's age. Vehicle has been garaged as long as I've had it (around 10 years). Car runs great and is very fast. I have the center console and factory radio that will come with it. I did not get the speedometer gear to match the rear end gears so the speedometer does not work and the odometer reading is not accurate. Also, there is a small leak in the power steering that I believe is the hose. Low starting price with no reserve. Car is for sale as is, and only available for local pick up.
