Rebuilt, Rebuildable & Reconstructed

This bike was built as a project in styling and reliability-on a budget.It started as a tired 350 in need of tlc,a complete was in order. New parts include Engine-rings, valves, valve springs , all gaskets and seals,cam chain and rollers,crank and trans removed and inspected ok,cases cleaned and painted,starter one way clutch rebuilt. Frame-stripped and checked straight,painted ppg black and clear coated,new bearings and bushings,center stand remains for ease of maintance, custom side mount tag holder. Suspension- new Ikon shocks,rebuilt cb360 forks that can except disk brakes if you wish to upgrade. Exhaust- heat wraped cl header pipes with custom mufflers with removable baffels. Controls- custom made rear sets,with folding pegs.Stock foot pegs and side stand included with bike.All new cables,levers,new clubman bars and mirrors Fuel system- tank cl;eaned and sealed with por15 ,carbs overhauled and jetted,new uni filters Electrical overhaul of wiring harness,swiches taken apart cleaned an lubed and tested,led tail light and turn signals,custom made wrap around brake light. Paint and Body- tank and side covers repaired and painted with ppg base coat and cleared Tail section is 70,s cb750 modified to fit 350 frame,one of a kind. Color-Chrysler prowler sunburst orange/platinum silver,with bright silverpinstripe Brakes and wheels-new ft/rear brake shoes,bearings cleaned inspected and reinstalled. Tires-new sport tread tires,new rim bands,new tubes,wheels cleaned and painted. Gauges-cleaned painted lubed tested ok. All nuts and bolts replaced. Oem ft/fender installed under tailsection fo splash guard. Front fender is Kawasaki Nothing has been overlooked ,this is a riders bike,that runs great and handles well It gets plenty of attention were ever it gos. It has won a show in Atlanta,for vintage metric class. The speedo shows 17000 miles,but only has 45 miles since completed. I have been building and racing Honda 350s since 1970,this is one of my favorites,there is no title,its a bill of sale bike.I have a form t-22b from the state to prove the bike is legal Much time and effort has gone into this build,and will serve you well if you win.Feel free to email with any questions.
