I'm selling this for a friend that has a sick husband and is not able to tell us the history of the truck . From what I can see the truck has run at one point but the valve cover is off ( i think he was replacing the gasket ) and everything looks clean and in place, the belts are also off I think to be replaced and he did not get back to it and thats where it sits , The motor spins free. there is rust in the side panels of the bed ( see pics ) , some small rust holes in front fender wells, Frame is very solid, rockers are very solid, Exterior is very straight and looks to be almost all original paint but i'm not a body man so it could have been painted years ago.The interior is very clean and shows of a truck with 58,000 that are on the speedo . I could not drive it so I can't say if the brakes and trans are full working order, I was told he drove this truck around town before he started updating it. Thanks for looking On May-25-14 at 19:07:30 PDT, seller added the following information: I've had many questions about if it will run so I took the time today to get the truck running, sounds quiet, moves in and out of the garage but will need the gas drained and power steering and water pump belts put on , valve cover bolted down to drive it . This truck will take a weekend of going over to get it back on the road . I found lots of resto panels / parts that he was stocking up for future build that will be offered to winner first when they pick up or I will list them here .
