Mature 2nd owner - Purchased from a female deputy Sheriff who sold due to the expense of adopting a child. - Nearly flawless - 4655 miles - Completely stock - New (less than 200 miles) - Bridgestone sport touring tires. - Oil/Filter changed with Motul synthetic - Owner's manual - 2 keys - Passenger Seat - Brand new almost impossible to find factory service manual. I don't believe its ever been past 7000 R.P.M. - Pictures cannot capture the condition of this exemplary motorbike. - Clear Title I purchased this incredible machine after lusting after one for quite some time. Thinking I would grow old with this landmark motorcycle I added several tasteful, non ostentatious and functional personal touches such as the blue Puig 'double bubble' windscreen which not only is very effective, but is also a cohesive visual tie-in with the stunning 'Splash White' pearlescent paint and blue/black graphic motif. The only year this paint scheme was offered, and in my opinion, the most appealing. I also added the anodized blue aluminum billet fuel tank trim up at the steering head as well as an accompanying blue billet oil filler plug. Blue clutch and brake levers compliment the blue bar ends adding to the presentation. The only other additions I felt were absolutely necessary are a high quality headlight guard as well as radiator and oil cooler guards which protects them from road debris. Unlike so many other Hayabusa's with loud, obnoxious, aftermarket exhaust systems and various electrical go-fast gadgets. I decided to leave this fine machine just as it rolled off the showroom floor. After all, close to 200 horsepower, quarter mile times in the 9 second range and a mind altering top speed is far, far, more than enough for any sane person. The smoothness, unlimited reserves of power and almost eerie silence at cruising speed are an experience to behold. Much to my dismay, with recently discovered health related issues, I realized this is too much machine for me so after only 300 miles since purchasing this motorcycling tour de force am I offering it up to the highest bidder, hopefully to someone who can enjoy and appreciate what it has to offer. You will not be disappointed, and if you're local - You'll also have a full tank of premium fuel to get you home. I'll accept PayPal for payment as long as you pick up all associated fees, however - bank wire transfer of funds is preferred. Cash is even better.
