Thanks for looking! I have decided to sell my old friend of 6 years. This truck has been a blast for me over the years and i have driven it daily and have had it in many east and mid-east states on many long halls with no problems. This truck is a 1949 chevrolet 3100 4.3 throttle body injected w/5 speed manual trans. Drives out real good and has no problem with extended highway speeds. No leaks. It will sometimes puff a little smoke when first started ( pretty common on these motors, probably needs valve seals.) This truck is on a s-10 chassis. It has the original heater w/no air conditioning but could easily be added if desired. It has big window slots 15x10 rear 15x8 front with near new rubber. LESS THAT 3000 ON RUBBER. Great brakes stops straight and rides real nice. Body is pretty solid for a rat rod, not a paint ready truck but could be with some work. As far as rust it has had cab corners installed in the past, it has surface patina baked from the sun and weather. It has some small holes down low on the doors, floors and mounts are real good. All the lights work, even e-flashers. Radio with c/d inside glove box. It has the coolest lights ever and are original to the truck from day1 and they all have been rewired and work great! I have a clear ohio title in my name ready to sign over to new owner. You are welcome to come look by appointment. Fly in drive home anywhere, or i will assist in helping with loading for transport. Transport is new owners responsibility. I can store inside for up to 14 days after purchase. I will need a 500.00 pay- pal nonrefundable down payment 24 hrs from listing end. Remaining balance can be paid on pickup date. Truck stays in my possession until paid in full of closing auction. These trucks are tons of fun and this one has lots of life left in it.
