Custom constructed rod built in 2012. The main frame is rail with tubular cross support for front suspension and built especially for the new crate engine as purchased & shipped directly from GM. Engine is a LS3 Corvette 430 HP with a 4L65E six speed mated tranmission. They were packaged & crated together from the factory complete with computers. Why take a chance on any used engine when you can get a virtually brand new LS3 with mated transmission? The car has a IFS with coil over shocks front & rear with a narrowed new Ford 9 inch rear end. Gears are 3.0 with Moser axles. This is a all fiberglass body molded around internal steel support. Suicide doors are solenoid latched with separate safety locks. Dual Flow Masters. Eighteen gallon gas tank. Power windows, power disc brakes, power steering, power hood & trunk lifts with Vintage A/C & heat. Ididit steering column with tilt and column shift. Haywire harness, Flaming River steering wheel, Auto Meter gauges, Sony radio w/Bluetooth, two console charging connections and Hagen Fatty exterior mirrors. Aluminum radiator. Front tires P235/60/15, rear P255/70/15. The car has been painted with a black cherry theme look called Claret. I have driven it about 550 miles. This six speed with 3.0 rear end setup will get great gas mileage and is perfect for trips and tour cruising. I don’t want to sell this fine rod, but my circumstances have changed. I built it as a driver but at my first local car show, I received a first place award. A smooth and nice tracking runner. Currently licensed as a 2012 in CA.
