OK, Cleaning up the parking lot this week. Wife says before I buy the (next) car I want, I need to sell off some of my hoard. I bought this 1952 De Soto convertible last year because I was impressed with the condition of the body. Old primer is sprayed over the original green metallic paint, and there is hardly any rust or evidence of any body work. Does not run, engine turns by hand though. Been sitting for decades in a warehouse until I bought it (in another guy's hoard!). Appears to be almost entirely complete, I only can not account for the D E S O T O letters for the hood, and the trim that goes on the fenders. Exceptional body condition for a restoration. Only evident rust is on drivers side, low behind where the door closes, as shown in images. Only selling to appease the wife, and because I already own a 52 De Soto as my daily driver..... car is located in Chatsworth, happy to show it to serious interested parties. Payment by check, PayPal or cash in person. Can assist with loading and or shipping. As this vehicle is technically in my dealership inventory, buyers wil be responsible for $150 document fee, and applicable taxes and DMV fees (if in California). Out of State buyers must provide bill of lading from licensed auto transport company for us to not be required to collect sales tax. $150 document fee still applies. Thanks for looking- J
