Vehicle Detail
1990 Cadillac Limousine, converted by Superior Coach Co., normally stored in climate controlled storage with our other collector cars, only driven on sunny days, no rain, no snow. This car is absolutely beautiful, stunning, and a true head turner. Just take a look at the pictures. I actually own the matching hearse! But, I am not selling that. (sorry) The middle seat flips, so you can face the rear passengers for a social/party atmosphere or face all the seats forward, like a traditional 6-door funeral limousine. Since I have too many cars, one has to go. And, as much as I like this limo, it takes up a lot of room! My loss is your gain. The interior is in great condition, the vinyl top seems fine, the radio works fine, I drive it at 60 mph without any major problems, although I don't drive it often (it is not my daily driver). An oil change has recently been completed by J. C. Harris Cadillac in Wilson, NC. Condition and Terms: This car sits in our garage and gets driven on sunny days. It is not a daily driver and I have only owned it since November of 2013. I bought it to match my hearse. I do not know the complete history of this car and don't want to misrepresent it. I do know this: the carfax report states it was never in a wreck, never flooded, and never salvaged. I have a clear NC title. But, with all that said, this car does have rust. All old hearses and limos I have ever owned have rust. I am not a mechanic or body man, I just buy cool looking cars....... From what I can see, there is rust present on/in the frame rails, body, exhaust system/muffler, and other components. But, I don't know much other than the car looks darn good sitting in our garage and driving around town. Due to the limited time I have owned it and the condition, we are selling it as is, where is. This is the car for you if you are a fellow collector with a garage, want something cool to pull out, take to a car show, or want an entry level limo or funeral car, etc. This is not the car for if you are seeking a $20,000 mint, original, rust free example like you see at Barrett Jackson. If the condition is a major issue for you, I recommend getting an independent appraisal or inspector to check it out before bidding. I will gladly accommodate you or your representative so you can come check it out. If you are laid back and want a cool car, at a cheap price, but as is, go ahead and bid. Maybe I am over-reacting, but you fellow car collectors hopefully appreciate my honesty. Enough talking.... here is the Bottom Line: Look at the pictures, it is a cool car, for what I am asking, the doors, fenders, and the motor are worth it. You can't go wrong. I just need the room in the garage. However, the limo deserves a new and happy home....On May-14-14 at 13:41:04 PDT, seller added the following information: The car is located in Point Harbor, NC 27964 (Outer Banks). The Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills, Nags Head area.... for those not familiar. AND, bid to buy, the reserve is a whole lot less than the buy it now price.... email me with any other questions.....
