1997 Lincoln Town Car Signature Series /Pristine This 3 owner, non-smoker local Phoenix Signature Town Car purchased new in Sun City Arizona 02/07/1997 and is as nice as they come. It is finished in Light Cypress Green Metallic paint with a full Forest Green canvas imitation convertible roof and gold package. There are 118,482 miles on the car, or 7,000 miles/year. This Lincoln has the upgraded 16 spoke, 16 inch alloy wheels with newer Arizonan Silver Edition (Discount Tire house brand) tires. (with warranty). This Town Car has the upgraded nine speaker JBL stereo, with in-trunk 10 CD changer, and steering wheel controls. Recent repairs and service include two new rear suspension air bags, new spark plugs, and a new starter, tensioner pulleys w/ new serpentine belt, upper and lower control arms alignment., new front brake pads with rotors, hood struts, The coolant, transmission fluid, fuel filter, differential oil, engine oil and air filter have all been replaced. (Records reflect 3,000 mile oil change intervals, see owners handbook) This car has the upgraded aluminum intake manifold, not the dreaded plastic intake Ford installed on all 4.6L V-8 engines from 1996-2001 that resulted in a class action lawsuit due to cracking. There is one small 2" imperfection on the right rear door, in addition a 1” imperfection is slightly noticeable in the trunk...otherwise the exterior is in excellent condition. The Cypress leather interior and headliner are in excellent condition, including the floor mats. All the electric window lifts work properly. The A/C blows cold and has just had the blend door replaced. All of the glass is excellent, as are all the rubber moldings and door seals throughout the car. Everything works as it should and there are no fluid leaks. Complete service history, with receipts from 2009.
