Absolutely like new! This Caterham 7 may be the most original example in existence! It has had one prior owner and has been maintained to the highest level possible. ENGINE: 1700 Super Sprint Kent cross flow Engine that has been Polished and Ported for extra H.P. (car has unusual "M" as first letter in V.I.N. for modified Kent engine) 5 speed transmission . Weber 40's. Dedion suspension known by race car drivers as the select set-up. 4 in 1 stainless steel exhaust. All fluids,oils have been routinely changed. This Caterham also has Lucas electronic ignition. It starts immediately and idles nicely. There are no oil drips any where. INTERIOR: All gauges,lights and horn work. It has optional heater system that works great. Also electric heated windshield, Emergency brake works as it should. Original carpets and leather seats are like new and are very comfortable. Original factory equipped 4 point shoulder harness/seatbelt are like new. EXTERIOR: Wow- absolutely all original and perfect! No paint work ever- and has perfect gloss. no cracks.chips etc. Original Caterham optional light weight wheels are perfect. All lights work,directionals and dual horns work great. the aluminum panels are stunning for sure. Also comes with full cockpit tonneau that can be zipped in half. There are side wings for wind deflection. Windshield is perfect. Undercarriage is as nice as the rest of car with close attention to detail.
