Here's a really nice original Mercury Grand Marquis wagon, a 1988 Colony Park.  The paint is all original and still looks good for its age.  There's a few chips, small dings, etc - ok for a driver.  No rust anywhere, top or bottom.  Wood grain is all original and intact, again, some little nicks and chips here and there.  Good glass, good bumpers.  Tires have under 1000 miles on them.  I mainly drive this car around town but have taken several road trips as well, it's a very comfortable and quiet ride!  The car runs and drives great, turn the key and go anywhere, the car has never given me a lick of trouble.   The venerable Ford 5.0 liter runs smooth and runs strong.  Great car on the freeway with power to spare for passing, when the tranny kicks down it will surprise you!   No smoke and no leaks, no problems. Very nice interior, everything works correctly with no glitches.  Power windows and locks all work great, good heater and fan, can't vouch for the AC this time of year but the compressor clicks on like it should.  Seats are in great shape and have no rips or tears, headliner is tight, carpet is good and the wagon has no bad odors.  No-one has smoked in this wagon, the ashtrays and lighters are unused.  The pop-up seats in the rear turn this into an 8 passenger vehicle.  Last of the breed!  The classic RWD American station wagon.
