Vehicle Detail
This is a 1969 Triumph Trophy 650 to the best of my knowledge. I bought it with the intent to rebuild it, but I just dont have the time. Let my loss be your gain!! The bike runs. Tickle it, wipe the gas on your pantleg, kick it and vrooooommm. The tank is currently painted primer grey. I had to patch the top of it. I guess thats a typical weak spot on these tanks. The mileage is not accurate in the listing. I dont know how many real miles are on it, but you have to enter something in ebays listing. There is also NO TITLE. Just a registration. They didnt have titles back in the day! More pics to come. PLEASE ASK ANY QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU BID. Item is sold AS-IS no refunds or exchanges, please bid carefully! This item appears to work/to be complete, but no guarantees are made, no refunds or exchanges, please bid carefully! There is no guarantee or warranty, expressed or implied, with respect to the above-described property. It is also understood that the above-stated item is sold in "as is" condition. LOW RESERVE!!!! HAPPY BIDDING!!! On Apr-19-14 at 05:53:58 PDT, seller added the following information: Sorry for the late update. I was sick shortly after listing the bike. I have recieved multiple emails regarding the ability to start it up and ride it away. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT!! THE FRONT END SHAKES AT HIGHER SPEEDS. IT NEEDS BRAKES TUNED UP AND THE BIKE NEEDS WORK TO BE ROAD WORTHY!! THIS BIKE IS BEING SOLD AS IS! I bought it with the idea of fixing it up and I have not had the time. I do not know the history of the bike as it was a barn find. I do however have a legitimate registration for it. I highly recommend looking at the bike before bidding as my disclaimer says. Any way about it the reserve is low and is well worth it to rebuild the bike.
