I have a 1971 Maverick that was in a pole barn in NJ and had 10,400 miles when I got it.With it I have the original title,vehicle registration,Build sheet from under the seat and 2 cards from the saleman.It was and still is completely rust free but it did have some nicks and stuff from people stacking boxes on it.Look at the pic's of the floor with the carpet removed, I know I have never seen a car this clean.I installed a 73 maverick rear axle and granada disk brakes, front and rear spoilers and had it painted in 2012.It has American racing wheels ( chrome not alum )with 215/60/15 on the front and 235/60/15 on the rear.Also I had the front bumper rechromed and in stalled Bobcat rear tailights. Inside the interior is all original, except sport steering wheel,AM/FM/CD radio and front and rear 2-way speakers. I have the original radio in it's bezel and original steering wheel, original speaker is still in the dash.Under the hood is a 200-6 that now has 15,130 miles backed by an auto trans, I have installed pretronic ignition a Weber 2-barrel and a 6 into 1 header all of which make it much more fun to drive. I have original points,carb and exhaust manifold.The header and alot of other parts have all been powdercoated.Also the underneath was undercoated by the original owner.I have gotten 23 MPG and would drive this anywhere.Some of the pic's might seem yellow,thats because of the lighting in the heated pole barn.
