Vehicle Detail
1984 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme Brougham 2-door Decent looking unmolested G-Body Cutlass. I bought this for my 15 year old son who is getting his license soon. He has his heart set on getting a Camaro, so...this has to go. I believe this is a 2 owner car...originally owned by an elderly gentleman that passed away and my neighbor purchased it off of the estate. He drove it through the winter and oil pressure sending unit sprung a leak. He replaced the sending unit and sold it to us. My son has been working on the car over the last few weeks since the weather has been nice. He has cleaned up the car and changed the oil with Lucas oil stabilizer. This car has not been modified except for an upgraded radio (however, it does come with the original radio too)...the car appears to be all there and mostly all original. The interior is beautiful! The seats are like sitting in a lounge chair...really, check out those bolster cushions on there...talk about plush velour! They just don't make them as elegant as this anymore. The headliner is perfect!!!! Yeah, I haven't seen one that was solid and not sagging in years...really, the interior is stellar with minimal wear. Exterior has rust and dings...it is a 30 year old mid-western car. She looks decent, but see the pictures...I tried to highlight the worst areas. Driver's side quarter panel looks the worst. DON'T EXPECT A NEW CAR. Engine seems to run alright and transmission seems to shift as it should. Was being driven daily before we bought it. The brakes stop and the steering steers. I have only driven it about a mile since owning it. The engine makes a little noise now and then, but it seems to run alright for the venerable 231 cubic inch V-6. It may run for a day it may run for years to come without issue. You buy it like you see it. No warranty or guarantee whatsoever. I have not gone through anything on the car except for a quick once over...so with the exception of a cleaning and an oil change, you are buying it like I bought it. Here is what I can say about the car:Car runs drives stops and steersElectric windows roll up and downLocks workLights workEVEN THE AIR CONDITIONING BLOWS COLD!!Power seat worksRadio works Exhaust does not look that oldBeautiful plush velour interior with a nice vinyl topTires look decentTHIS CAR WILL SELL TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER!
