It is all electric and a real money saver on gas, maintenance (no oil changes), and insurance. This Zenn, in size, is between a 'Smart Car', and Mini Cooper and is a REAL CAR, (not based on a golf cart). Everything works as it should and includes a new set (6) of sealed 12v batteries (June 2013). This car has been reprogrammed to go 35 mph and the 4 wheel disc brakes were replaced last year. We have also purchased a separate charger ($500), though it can still plug-in to regular 110 outlet. The charger allows for a quicker charge and longer battery life. Interior is beautiful, as is the electric blue exterior. Minor wear as expected but all in all a beautiful car with approximately 9,000 miles. We now have 3 in our family, and that is the only reason that I am selling this one. This 2009 Zenn costs less than 2 cents per mile to drive and is very dependable! I usually get 30-35 miles per charge in warmer weather with neighborhood traffic.
