1997 Eagle Talon TSi FWD 5-Speed Project Car NO RESERVE NO RESERVE NO RESERVE For sale is my 97 TSi that I have had for quite a long time. This auction is for the rolling chassis and shell only. Everything that is included in the auction will be listed below so please read the whole listing before bidding I purchased this car back in 2004-2005 from a guy down the street from me. This car and some of the people I hung out with inspired my passion for anything automotive, and thus began my obsession with cars....this one particularly. I gradually started modifying this car into a show quality condition where it won a few car shows including best in class Mitsubishi at NOPI Nationals in 2006 (engine bay pic in pictures from previous set-up). Unfortunately that year, when I was driving it to the storage unit to put it away for the winter time, I got into a small front collision with someone that pulled out in front of me. At this point I pulled the motor, sent the vehicle out to be professionally fixed, and really put my plan to build the ultimate show car in action. Unfortunately, thats as far as I got. After the vehicle was painted, I had it trailer'd back to my sealed garage where it has been ever since. I have had big intentions to finish this car, but always get hung up or am undecided with what I really want to do with it. Now I am finally realizing that selling this is the best option for me. The car is in as perfect of shape on the exterior as possible. It was painted a custom House of Kolor Zenith Gold on the body and Ford Metallic Black on the roof and spoiler. Jeremy - 734-255-7536 All the information of whats include is below. 1997 Eagle Talon TSi - Gold - 132,955 Actual Miles Body: Professionally Painted by Matt Brant of Monroe MI - 2006 - Complete House of Kolor Zenith Gold Paint - Top, Mirrors, and Door Handles: Ford Metallic Black - Body Mouldings Shaved - Rear Wiper Motor Shaved - Antenna Shaved - Rear Wiper Sprayer Shaved - Body is in absolute perfect shape with exception of one small nick on the driver side door below the door handle - Has only been washed once 3 months after i got it, waxed right after. Has been stored in a garage its entire life and has never seen rain, salt, anything like that. Total Cost: $4200.00 Interior: I have everything for the interior that came stock on the vehicle minus the door cards and carpet. Rear hatch was used for a custom audio system and was carpeted (notice spray adhesive on rear strut plastics.) Comes with the OEM gauge Cluster (pictured). All Wiring is completely intact, all sensor connectors are in fine shape. Wiring was never disconnected or hacked with. The only wiring that has been added to this car was for the subwoofers and boost gauges. - OEM Leather Power Seats (In really Good Shape.) - Neuspeed short throw shifter - ECU Suspension: - Tokiko Ilumina Adjustable struts - Eibach Sportline Coils - All ball Joints and Tie rods were replaced prior to putting the vehicle away. They checked out fine, your call if you want to replace them. - Prothane torque mount inserts in the front and rear. (Do not have the motor mounts for the sides.) - OEM Half Shafts - AEM Big Brake Drilled and Slotted Front Rotors - OEM Calipers Wheels and Tires: - 16" Konig Rims and generic tires will be included with this (pictured). Definitely would make a nice set for this car if they were powder coated. Rims in great structural shape...just look like garbage. Engine and Head: This is everything I have, just needs to be put togther and a few other parts purchased for it. THIS WILL BE INCLUDED WITH THE VEHICLE IF THE BIDDING GOES OVER 1500.00 - Assembled 6-Bolt Rebuilt Shortblock (OEM Internals with Clevite bearings) - Needs timing components - Balance Shaft Eliminator kit (not installed) - 5 Speed Trans (good working shape) - New Cometic Head Gasket - New ARP Head Studs (NIB) - Bare 2g Head (needs drilled for 6 Bolt) - 3g Lifters - 14B Turbo (minor shaft play) - Apexi N1 Downpipe - Complete Thermal R&D Exhaust system - Wally 255 LPH (installed in tank already. Included in auction regardless) NOTE** I did pull the vehicle out of the garage to get some pictures and left it out overnight. The next day it snowed just a little bit before I had the chance to move it back inside after i took a few more photos. Its warm enough now i'm going to try to wash it. The close up picture of the carbon fiber hood and paint is just to show the actual paint color in the light. Hood has been sold and is not included.
