2003 Toyota Tacoma, 4x4, extended cab,auto,v6 with TRD electric rear locker. OK allot to know about this truck , I bought this last year with the intention to build an awesome off road machine. I have put a bunch of parts and tons of labor into her and im at a point where im going to go all in or cash it out as it is. I bought this from a local that was the original owner or close to it , unfortunately it lived on the beach and the salt air really was not very kind to it, I bought it knowing it was rusty and planned on doing a bunch of fabrication and upgrades so the rust really was not an issue to me. Its a 2003 Tacoma with a excellent drive train all stock with a 130k on it and there are no leaks or any problems and is daily driven. Here is a list of parts and work done this year energy suspension control arm bushings energy suspension rack bushings new alignment cam assembly's from Toyota diff drop cv boot 3" toyotec coils bilstien shocks alignment all new gates accessory belts gray wire mod 1 1/2 inch rear lift blocks Flowmaster muffler I also have a complete Gates timing belt kit with water pump and tension/pulleys While performing this work on the front end allot of parts and frame were coated with POR 15 to keep the rust under control. It had some questionable rusty areas on the frame where these Tacoma's are known for rust and cut ou the bad and welded in new. Truck rides out pretty good for being up on 33x12.50 15 and the front suspension is tight and performs great. I want to keep rolling with this project and put a tube frame bed and bumpers on her but wanted to see what it may bring now. Every thing works power window wipers lights brakes No oil leaks. No water leaks in the cab and all glass is in crack free condition. Now for all the bad parts, i want to be honest as possible and take note of my excellent long run here on Ebay. If your scared of rust or don't weld or don't have a buddy that does this truck may not be good for you. The last major part of rust repair is just behind the rear leaf spring mounts i planned on bobbing the frame and making a tube bed. right now whats left of the bed is holding i together pretty well. Here are the items that have issues or damage at this time passenger door does not open from outside a few light bulbs out in the inside ( i have them) interior is complete and crack free but very dingy check engine light on for rear o2 sensor heater malfunction dented hood rust blobs on roof broken driver-side mirror mount radio does not work and broken antenna ac complete but dose not come on grill has broken tabs and core support could use a little massaging bed is rusty Please keep this in mind this truck is a 03 and has a ton of life in it and is a daily driver, good looking set of BFG tires and all 4x4 items work great. Has only one trip through the woods at this point. I have a clean title with no accidents in my name, Buyer is buying this at his/her own risk with no warrantee or anything of that matter.
