This Volkswagen Jetta is quick. It corners well, it rides nice, it's comfortable and it's practical. If you know about TDI then you know that the 1.9l diesel engine in this Jetta is one of the best engines made! This car gets great gas mileage and has been extremely reliable. This Jetta starts right up and runs great. The turbo works great everything else mechanically is in good shape. This VW has been well kept considering the mileage and age and still has a great look. Items recently replaced: Clutch 7/11, Timing belt, Water Pump, Serpentine Belt, oil change (301,606) 3/13, Tires 3/12, Alternator 1/13, new Battery 12/13, Front door window regulator both windows 3/14. The Check Engine light has been on for at least the last 8 years. No one has been able to find out why. The air bag light has been on ever since the Alternator was replaced???. The exterior looks good and so does interior, please expect some normal wear and tear as it is a used car. This would make a teens first car or to have around to eat miles.
