The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 7 days of the close of the auction.  All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.  Final payment must be made with certified funds such as a CASHIERS CHECK, CERTIFIED BANK CHECK, BANK RANSFER, or CASH (in person).  This vehicle is to be considered sold in ‘as is, where is’ condition to the highest bidder with no guaranties or warranties implied or given.
