Vehicle Detail

High quality 1908 Indian Torpedo tank board track racer tribute bike. This is a custom built bike from my personal collection made to replicate an early board track racer. If you have done any research on early board track racers you know these bikes are extremely rare and very expensive, This bike gives you the look and feel of the pre 20's racers at a much more affordable cost. This motorcycle was hand built in my shop with attention to detail. Each part on this was custom fabricated or hand selected for this build. The paint on this bike was done to replicate that of an old motorcycle, any defects in finish are intentional to achieve the look. Take a look at the pics! and let your eyes be the judge. The last pics are of the motorcycle that inspired this build and the last tribute bike that I built prior to this one for reference. The feel you get and the smile on your face when riding these bikes cannot be described, true vintage nostalgia!! I have had countless compliments and quite a few conversations with people when riding and displaying these bikes. This cycle is currently an art installation in my home and makes a great display piece. While I believe this bike deserves to be displayed, it is also a fully functional motorcycle and can and should be ridden. The bike has a clutch, twist throttle and kill switch, this bike does not include a brake or stand, but can easily be added. This is an 80cc bike and is considered a moped and is street legal in most states - check you local laws before bidding. This bike is sold as is, fully functional, and with a bill of sale if requested. Shipping is the buyers responsibility, but I will be glad to assist any way that I can. Local pickup is always available. I have shipped these bikes through trusted motorcycle shippers in the past for around $450 coast to coast just to give you a rough estimate. I can also partially disassemble the bike and ship in a mountain bike box through UPS for around 300. This bike is offered for sale to buyers in the 48 continental US states only. This is a no reserve auction so the highest bid takes it. A $500 deposit is due upon auction end with the remainder due within 7 days by cashiers check, money order, cash at pickup or through pay pal before shipment will occur. If the remainder of the payment is not received or arrangements are not made within 7 days you will forfeit your deposit. Any questions feel free to ask. I build a few of these tribute bikes a year along with a few custom Triumphs and early Harleys if you have something else in mind. Thanks for looking and happy bidding!
