I am relisting this Gremlin due to the high bidder backing out of the sale. The bidder emailed me and said they thought the car was located in California, didn't even look to see where it was. Please only bid on this car if you are serious about owning it. I have lowered the reserve to $4600 and I have added a buy it now of $4800. I purchased this car 3 years ago on Ebay from a retired Postmaster in Ephrata, Pa and he told me he was the second owner and the mileage was original. At the time I purchased the car it had 58000 miles. I have no way to prove this other than what I was told at the time of purchase. I have taken this car to many local car shows and I have won trophies with it. I drove it to the GoodGuys in Charlotte, NC 2012. Round trip was about 420 miles. and to Myrtle Beach, SC for the 2012 and 2013 Run to the Sun car show, which attracts over 3000 cars. The car gets a lot of attention anywhere it goes. This car was repainted the original color by the person that I purchased it from. Paint looks good with the exception there is orange peel in the paint on the roof. I see no evidence of any rust or rust repair. This car was undercoated at the new car dealer when new. I had both front seats recovered. I had the radiator recored , put in a new water pump and thermostat. This car does not have A/C or power brakes. It has power steering only. Very easy to drive and easy to stop. All gauges and speedometer operates as they should. Factory AM radio works sometimes. Heater and defroster works perfect. I would not be afraid to drive this car on a 400-500 mile trip but keep in mind this car is 37 years old. It is all original with the exception of normal wear items being replaced. There is no warranty whatsoever on this car. I have described this car to the best of my ability. I have bought and sold many cars, trucks, and motor homes on Ebay. I am honest and proud of my 100% feedback. I require $500 non-refundable deposit in cash or cashiers check within 3 days close of auction. Full payment due within 6 days close of auction, also cash or cashiers check. If you come to pick the car up in person I require CASH only.
