The following asset is offered for sale via internet auction pursuant to an order from the United States Bankruptcy Court Eastern District of Virginia. Klinette Kindred-Trustee N. T. Arrington-Appointed Sales Agent Asset Description- 1994 year Model, V-10, Manual Transmission, 101,498 Miles, Virginia Inspection Valid thru 3/14. Debtor indicates at least one wiper motor is defective. Cowl between hood edge and front windshield and one interior kick panel not seen in photos are available with car. One front seat upholstery seam is split. Edge of fiberglass hood has a chaffed spot as shown in photo.. Head Gaskets were replaced several years ago. Radiator appears to have a leak. Car starts up and we have driven around our storage lot but not on the open road.. Debtor reported he drove car regualrly until several months ago when he filed for bankruptcy and noted he was the second owner. Drivers side floor mat/carpeting is missing. Plastic edges of dashboard near hood pull are cracked. Edge of plastic side curtain assembly is cracked. No A/C. No radio/stereo in car. One windshield arm mising. Tires have aproximately 40-50% remaining tread. Spare tire is intact in rear storage area. Undercarriage and frame appear solid and rust free.
