If you are looking for a loaded, low mileage, adult driven, Volvo XC 70 AWD you just found it. I purchased this XC 70 AWD new for my wife in May of 2011 and for the past three years it has rarely been used. Currently it is under 5000 miles and sits in the garage. With no kids or dogs the interior as well as the exteiror are an like new condition. This XC 70 has the best four of the five major options groups. They are; Premium Pkg., Multimedia Pkg. Power Operated Tailgate / Private Locking, Park Assist, Front & Rear Cargo Cover. Cargo Area 12V outlet & grocery bag holder. HomeLink integrated Garage door opener, tinted glass, rear doors and cargo area, Compass in rear view mirror, Electric folding rear headrests. Heated front & rear seats, Heated Winshield washer nozzles, Headlight washer/Rain Sensor/Humidity Sensor, Interior Air Quality System (IAQS), Blue band windshield, Blind Spot Information System (BLIS), Metallic Paint, Personal Car Communicator with Keyless Entry and the Volvo "On Call" Road Assist. The Volo Factory 5 Yrs/ 60,00 Mile Warranty includes; Factory Scheduled Maintenance, Wear & Tear Coverage and Roadside Assistance is transferable. The Warranty now is good for up to 55,000 miles and/or 2016. This XC 70 is also Car Fax clear with NO accident(s) or floods. On Feb-03-14 at 14:18:31 PST, seller added the following information: XC 70 was serviced at the Volvo Dealership today (2/3/14) for it's routine internal clock maintenance (dashboard indicator). A second oil & filter were changed, along with all of the wiper blades (Front & Rear) and the internal air filter (IAQS). The navigation software upgrade was also performed. A Inter-Active Multi-Point Inspection Report recommended by Volvo was performed with nothing noted or needed. All of the above was under warranty. No out of pocket expense.
